Transitioning Offenders Program

Services

Resources for the following Services are offered to incarcerated individuals with-in the State of Washington.

The Questionaire helps determine need upon release - for example: housing, employment and transportation. The Release Plan Outline guides an offender step-by-step in taking personal responsiblity to create a plan for their future and a course of action to implement that plan. This includes contact with resources while still incarcerated and prearrangement of services upon release.

We continue in our efforts to ensure that most agencies in TOP's data base are Felon-Friendly.

Some organizations may only be willing to work with certain types of offenders while other may not be willing to work with Offenders at all. We find it helpful to maintain a releationship with these organization as they may well be a resource for Families of incarserated individuals.
