Transitioning Offenders Program

Transitioning Offenders Program is a non-profit organization created by offenders for offenders to assist with the difficult transition from prison back to Family and Community.

TOP/WCC is receiving over 500 Questionnaires a month!

TOP/Graham is now receiving Questionnaires from Prisons AND! County Jails all over the State of Washington as well as working daily to improve our data base.

Our Mission

To assist incarcerated persons develop an individual Release Plan and an avenue in which to take responsibility for themselves and their Families.  This plan will include resources for housing, food, clothing, education, apprenticeship programs, counseling and employment before leaving the prison system.

Our Goals

Our TOP Office in Graham has an immediate goal of expanding into a larger office,              This will allow us to add additional volunteers.

Transitioning Offenders Program would also like to be facilitating the TOP Program in every Correction Center in the State of Washington (currently only in WCC), this will broaden our scope and successes that are now happening on a daily basis. We are also in the process of establishing a Mentorship Program for released Offenders in Mason County and hope to take our successes into Pierce and King Counties next!
